Culture overview
We define culture through 3 evolving maxims - Trust, Ownership and excellence. These are the pillars on which we have built our organization and we stay true to them everyday. The reason why we have mentioned them as evolving is because each of them get redefined when there is a fresh instance from the field when it is questioned and relooked. Each such instance leads to new interpretations and a deeper understanding of how an edifice can be built upon our beliefs acting as the foundation. One way we have been able to build such an organisational culture is through frequent dialogues in multiple directions and avoiding a top down monologue at all costs. It is a matter of pride that most of our employees have always sought to build an organisation rather than join one after having spent sufficient time in AgriFi. There is truly a very strong AgriFi mafia out there in the making. Another important aspect of our organisational culture is to try and expand the self-belief systems of team members at every possible juncture. We have always believed in employees discovering levels within that they themselves are unaware of. We view AgriFi as an experience in which individuals realise increasingly greater capabilities and tune themselves to rock solid values which endure the test of time and also contribute to nation building in the long term. And lastly, we always believe that it is 'Day 1' and that a lot more needs to be done.
