Culture and benefits at Agora

Changing an industry is about solving hard problems. Our culture is deliberately designed to allow us all to be as impactful as possible. At base, every culture is made up of values, and we aim to be as explicit about our values as possible while aligning our decisions with them. To foster that community, we host quarterly team events, regular team lunches, bi-quarterly lunch and learns with industry heavyweights, and encourage cross-company 1-1s. We also offer an uncapped amount of vacation and sick days and remote-first policies, and 1k desk set up stipend along with health, vision, and dental insurance.
