We are building a property platform with our designated "1 to all" model to facilitate the property market.
1=an individual landlord, a buyer, an agent; all=all agents in the market.
We believe agents play an inevitable role and own most of the market information. If a buyer, a seller or even an agent throw his or her request to all of them simultaneously by one simple action, all agents receive the request and will respond to it. Thus, all stakeholders will benefit from our model.

How the "1 to all" model works:
1) a landlord sends his/ her listing request to all desired agents by 1 single action;
2) a buyer sends his/ her purchase request to all desired agents by 1 single action;
3) an agent sends his/ her cooperation request to all desired agents by 1 single action.

What we expect to achieve:
1) landlords enjoy faster transactions and more choices;
2) buyers find out all possible properties and get more choices;
3) agents gain more businesses opportunities.
