We contact the insurance, handle the paperwork, take care of the phone calls, meet with the insurance adjuster, at the property to present the loss and work to negotiate a settlement.
Once the insurance company has been notified that we are representing the homeowner; it is against the law for the insurance to contact the policy holder.
The insurance company must recognize us and work with us.
So ultimately, the end product is cash in the clients hand.
