Aesthetic careers

Aesthetic is a small team—with fewer than 10 employees. We are all remote, but employees have the option to work from our Brooklyn-based coworking space. We do daily 15-minute standup meetings over Zoom, and we structure our work around 2-week sprints. Since we are a small startup in a competitive space, we move fast, work efficiently, and focus more on results than process. Other than calendar meetings and deadlines, your work hours can be extremely flexible—you’ll just need to join our daily meetings and keep a 4-hour overlap with other team members…otherwise, it’s up to you.
