Our Daily Life: The Project
The project is our most important organizational unit. At any given time, we have up to 50 projects running in parallel. Project teams vary in size from 1 to 40 people and can last from one-week-long assignments to long running applications with many releases over several years. You work closely with other locations (Switzerland, Hungary, Vietnam, Singapore) on a daily basis. We use agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban during the projects. Project leaders meet every week to discuss the project assignments, which take into account factors such as project and staff availability. From time to time you have a chance to try yourself in different industries and work with new technologies.
