People at Ademero

Having been at Ademero for more than 15 years, I feel like I know the company pretty well. One of the things that still blows my mind is how often I see something in the news or read a headline about a new idea and think, “We already played with that months ago.” We explored it, figured out where it was useful, and really gave it a run for its money. By the time everyone else starts talking about it, it is often already old news to us. That has been one of my favorite parts of working here. I have had so much room to follow an idea and see where it goes. Passion projects get to take center stage, sometimes simply because there is something valuable to learn. I have also never felt like Ademero was trying to force me to fit inside a job description. The company genuinely believes that if most of my day is spent doing work I enjoy and am naturally good at, that is better for me and better for Ademero. Instead of trying to make me conform to the job, they have shaped the job around my strengths and passions. I feel cared for as a person here, not just managed as an employee. They genuinely want me to wake up excited about coming to work, and they put real effort into making that possible. That is incredibly rare, and it is a huge part of why I have been here for more than 15 years.
