Currently looking fora founder partner for the newsletter/paid membership growth of the business which has a big potential and requires a hands-on skilled person to grow it. WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Paid newsletter growth end-to-end
• Positioning and offer design
• Landing pages, funnels, and lead magnets
• Referral / recommendation engines, creator partnerships, sponsorship outreach
• Analytics, attribution, CAC/LTV discipline, churn control
This is not an “advisor” role. You are the operator who builds the machine.
WHAT WE’RE BUILDING
• A paid market-timing and market review newsletter
• A direct, compliant, plain-English product for traders and investors
• The core revenue engine for the company
TARGET
• 1,000 paid subscribers / paid members within 12 months & it's already a million-dollar business!
• First milestone: 100 paid in 60 days, 300 by Day 90
• Then we expand into sponsorships, premium education, strategy access

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHOW
• You’ve grown a newsletter, media product, or audience business to meaningful paid revenue
• You can write conversion-focused copy and build funnels
• You can test channels (paid, cross-promos, rec networks) with clear kill criteria
• You understand attribution, UTMs, cohort retention, CAC payback
• You’re comfortable operating in finance content with proper risk language (no hype, no promises of return)
COMPENSATION
Performance-aligned. Two structures:
Rev-share: 20–25% of net profit from the newsletter side (subscriptions + sponsorships you source). “Net profit” is cleanly defined (platform fees, refunds/chargebacks, taxes, and pre-approved ad spend come out first). Paid monthly.
Equity path: equity linked to subscriber milestones (100 / 300 / 1,000 paid) and retention quality.
You get credit for what you drive. Attribution is tracked with partner-specific pages, UTMs, and dashboards. No ambiguity. 1,000 paid members is 250K for you, but it has potential for thousands of clients.
