As a marketing professional at Actuar for the past four months, I’ve had an incredible experience that has exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I joined, I was welcomed into a culture of openness, creativity, and collaboration. Actuar’s flat structure allows everyone’s ideas to be heard, no matter their position or tenure. This has been so empowering in my role as a marketer, where I’ve been able to experiment and take ownership of projects that directly impact the company’s growth. One of the things I love most about Actuar is the sense of community. Every week, we have “Weekly Wins” where individual and team accomplishments are celebrated, which keeps motivation high and makes us feel genuinely valued. The monthly "Innovation Days" have been a game-changer for me. These days allow us to step away from our usual tasks and dive into creative brainstorming sessions that inspire new approaches to marketing and product development. What stands out even more is how Actuar integrates personal well-being into the work environment. With regular fitness challenges and a culture that promotes a healthy work-life balance, I’ve found it easy to stay active and energized, which directly impacts my productivity. In these past four months, I’ve learned and grown so much, both personally and professionally. The trust Actuar places in its employees is incredibly motivating, and the sense of responsibility given from the start has made me feel like a key part of the team.
