Act One Ventures is an AI-native venture firm in San Francisco. We back founders re-architecting the enterprise for the AI economy, investing alongside lead investors across three areas: Powering Agents, the infrastructure that agents run on; AI-Native OS and Services, companies rebuilding how business software and services are delivered; and The Newly-Imagined, companies that only become possible with AI.

Founded in 2016 by Alejandro Guerrero and Michael Silton, the firm moved to San Francisco in 2026 and rebuilt its model around the AI era: more companies, smaller checks, and support that scales through the firm's own AI agents. Act One was an early investor in AuditBoard (now Optro), which was acquired for $3.1B in 2024.
