This model solves numerous builder and consumer problems and pain points and allows us to offer a superior product at a competitive price point.

In 2020, mandates in CA require that all new homes be Net Zero (efficient homes with solar power). This massive shift impacts well over 100,000 homes per year in California alone. Current home designs and methods are not up to the task.

Builders are unprepared to make this leap and cannot continue to do all of the work themselves. Our packaged solution relieves them of making thousands of expensive decisions. Instead we provide them with a simple system that can be assembled in 40% of the typical time and yields a better performing home.
