• Participate in experimentation and prototype building in a collaborative environment, iterating on concepts based on feedback

• Design and lead the marketing operations strategy, ensuring scalable processes across lead management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, data orchestration, analytics tools, etc.) to ensure seamless integration, usability, and alignment with the sales and customer success teams.

• Developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the product families you’re aligned to. This includes collaborating with the Global Marketing and Product Team on:

Identifying the market opportunity and target buyer personas
Defining the routes to market
Developing GTM plans and messaging/positioning
Validating the approach
Working with a cross-functional team to implement the plan
Driving sales pipeline
Tracking and monitoring the success of the plan and revenue for the product

• Ensuring revenue is recognized in line with US GAAP (ASC 606) and local GAAP
• Assist with the Revenue month end close process, including review of revenue entries, reconciliations, and account analysis in a timely manner

• Work with the Engineering Team to understand and refine product requirements.
• Participate in RFC reviews - ask questions and provide feedback proactively.

• Work with Product, Engineering and Architecture teams to understand requirements and break them down into user stories.
• Contribute to RFCs and solution design. Participate in discussions with other stakeholders to get reviews and reach a consensus.

• Work with Product, Engineering and Architecture teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities to add value by extending existing AI services or building new ones.
• Draft RFCs and propose solution design. Lead discussions with other stakeholders to get reviews, reach a consensus and approvals.

• Ensure timely close of the general ledger including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and analyses
• Validate Accounts Payable invoices processed using Coupa, Acquia’s vendor management system

• Participate in designing and implementing solutions for modernizing Acquia infrastructure and drive adoption of Kubernetes and Cloud-Native Technologies
• Work in a highly collaborative environment with front and back-end engineers, product managers, and product owners.

• Manage multiple sales opportunities through a structured sales plan, efficiently managing cost of sale and optimizing the close rate of deals worked.
• Qualify PS opportunities based on Customer’s identified pain, “after scenarios,” positive business outcomes and required capabilities. Work with SA and Sales to clarify these items where needed.
