Achieve Interview Process Resume Screening A sanity check to make sure you satisfy some basic requirements Take-Home Project The most critical part of our process, you need to submit a small project that solves a real-world problem in an efficient way while following the coding guidelines. You should also be able to summarise your submission and why you chose certain approaches over others. Technical Round 1 We don't ask you to invert a binary tree on a whiteboard We assess your thought process and coding dexterity in increasing levels of difficulty but only for problems that are relevant in the real world. Technical Round 2 (with Team Lead) The complexity increases relatively, this round looks at how you solve problems in a more challenging environment and your ability to think in a more abstract way while being able to consider the performance ramifications of your solution. Founders' Round Our founders will get to know your background and evaluate whether you are a good fit for our culture during a casual chat.
