Acala has been created and developed by people who truly believe in breaking the centuries-old banking cartels with decentralised applications. I've always envisioned a currency-free version of humanity, where the resources we fight over today are so abundant that money need not exists. I probably won't live to see it. But Acala and her contemporaries are making great big strides toward that inevitable future, and I'm proud to be a part of it, especially at such an early stage.
