We allow you to invest in your travel time. We focus on Central America destinations, starting from Costa Rica. We offer a seamless, straightforward and worry-less process of investing in your beloved travel destination abroad by fractionalising top-located properties in shares.

We take care of the property furbishing, upkeep and maintenance; and the purchasing process.

Our offering becomes a real alternative to short-term rentals now that many millennials foresee spending a considerable amount of time –from two weeks up to 2 or 3 months per year– abroad. A fully managed property and the option to rent it out (if any time they want to change destinations) is an opportunity for them to invest in real estate in highly demanded destinations while saving on rentals.
