Health insurance

We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. We cover up-to 100% of the costs for employees, and we contribute 50% towards eligible dependents. Employees can also enroll into FSA and HSA plans.

Parental leave

For parents with new children, we offer eight weeks of paid parental leave plus an additional eight weeks of unpaid leave and flexible work hours once you return to work.
