We find antibody drugs that can activate and control previously unaccessible cellular functions to uniquely treat unmet medical needs. The functional antibodies for major classes of cell surface receptor drug targets, such as GPCRs, combine the function of conventional small molecule drugs with the safety and long half-lives of antibodies.
