Culture and benefits at Aasthy

Aasthy consists of people with high levels of integrity and ownership. We are up against a massive problem (and hence, opportunity) and do not have time to deal with complacency. Everyone here is excited knowing that their fellow colleagues will bring the best out of each other. We are still an early stage company with our culture being defined as the day passes. We are quite rigid on instrumentation and structure - if your work is not structured towards an outcome, you will feel discouraged.
