This includes: Customer Discovery / User Insight — speaking to lawyers, trainers, and teams to uncover real workflows and pain points. Product Delivery / Product Owner — translating discovery findings into clear, buildable product requirements. Customer Success (Pilot Support) — running pilots, observing behaviour, and feeding back actionable product insight. Location: London (hybrid) Remote: Flexible Salary range: £40k–£65k depending on experience
