• High-Volume Outreach: Make at least 50 outbound calls per day using Nooks, our dialing platform.
• Driver Activation: Connect with everyday drivers, including those who are busy or unresponsive, and move them through the driver activation funnel.

• Vehicle and Key Management: Distribute and collect assigned vehicle keys and other necessary equipment at the start and end of each shift.
• Fleet Readiness: Assist with basic cleaning and staging of vehicles to ensure they are ready for use.

• End-to-End Processing: Oversee and manage the weekly payroll process for a high volume of non-exempt employees in California, validating hours, overtime, differentials, and PTO.
• Exempt Payroll: Reconcile and approve semi-monthly payroll for exempt employees in partnership with our PEO, managing reimbursement processes as needed.

• Health & Safety Compliance

Support and maintain company health & safety programs
Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and workplace safety regulations
Conduct routine site safety inspections
Assist with incident investigations and corrective action plans
Maintain safety records, logs, and required compliance documentation
Coordinate and track employee safety trainings and certifications

• Oversee daily shift operations: Monitor driver schedules, track vehicle locations, and respond to real-time issues such as traffic delays, accidents, or mechanical problems.
• Manage driver assignments: Allocate drivers to appropriate routes, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and minimizing idle time.

• Driver Scheduling Ownership: Own weekly driver scheduling across assigned markets, ensuring available drivers are consistently scheduled to meet operational demand.
• Driver Utilization Management: Monitor driver utilization metrics, identify underutilized drivers, and proactively develop plans to increase shift participation.

• Own all day-to-day operations within the market and ensure shifts run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Lead, coach, and develop the site's Operations Coordinators, Fleet Supervisors, and other frontline operational staff.

• Own the strategy, design, and administration of compensation, benefits, salary structures, and incentive programs.
• Lead market benchmarking, annual compensation planning, and pay governance.

• Drug-Testing Specimen Collection

Serve as an onsite drug-testing collector, conducting high-volume specimen collections in accordance with established procedures and chain-of-custody requirements.
Track testing completion, follow up on outstanding or incomplete tests, and escalate issues as needed.
Partner with vendors and laboratories to support testing and resolve scheduling, collection, or documentation issues.
Monitor testing supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels to support ongoing collection needs.
Maintain accurate, complete, organized and confidential testing records and supporting documentation.
