• End-to-End Scheduling: Own interview scheduling in Ashby and Google Calendar, coordinating candidates, hiring managers and panels across markets and time zones.
• Rescheduling: Handle reschedules quickly and keep candidates and interviewers informed when plans change.

Own the performance of the region's markets from daily operations through the P&L
Lead, hire, and develop a team of Market Managers across the region; set goals, coach performance, and build bench strength
Support new market launches in the West as the region expands, from pre-launch planning through steady-state operations
Partner closely with other RGMs to share best practices, standardize processes, and align on cross-regional priorities
Serve as the primary point of contact between the region and 8Fleet's founders/executive team, providing regular reporting and surfacing risks and opportunities early

• Analyze driver experience data (feedback, retention, shift and support trends) to find the biggest points of friction and what's driving them
• Develop and roll out initiatives that improve the driver experience, then measure their impact on retention, satisfaction, and performance

• Act as a trusted partner to both Co-Founders: prepare them for key decisions and follow through on what comes out of the room.
• Run the company's strategic priorities end to end.

• High-Volume Outreach: Make at least 50 outbound calls per day using Nooks, our dialing platform.
• Driver Activation: Connect with everyday drivers, including those who are busy or unresponsive, and move them through the driver activation funnel.

• Own all day-to-day operations within the market and ensure shifts run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Lead, coach, and develop the site's Operations Coordinators, Fleet Supervisors, and other frontline operational staff.
