We supply domestic customers with electricity and gas, currently only in Germany but we have plans to expand to other European markets. We don't do loss-leaders or bonuses for new customers; instead everyone pays the cost of energy plus a fixed monthly fee. On top of this we reward customers for helping us - via our online community, for referring friends and for keeping their account in credit.
