Each four plex unit will cost 140k to build including land and the selling point today is 225k. There are 6 units already pre sold via a local realtor. The units will be offered on the open market and sold through escrow accounts and realtor participation. The site is under development today with residential footprint and is located with direct walking access to the train.

We are seeking a revolving line of credit of 1.0m dollars to fund two four plex units for constructed at a time. Expected turn per four plex unit is 100 days. The project is expect to take 3 years to complete. Investment will be secured against title and all monies received will go against the line first and remainder to the share holders.

Construction to commence once a min of 550k dollars has been raised.
