Backend Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance new/current features of existing applications
• Apply software development practices and standards to develop robust and maintainable software
• Optimize and enhance computational efficiency of algorithms and software infrastructure
• Contribute in architectural and operational discussions, and ensure daily operations run smoothly

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise-scale application development using Python and Django
• Extensive experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong fundamentals knowledge such as OOPs, Algorithms, Data structures and design patterns
• Some experience in DevOps practices, tools and CI/CD would be advantageous ‍

Good to have:

• Experience with Geo Data
• Experience in the Fintech sector ‍
