Overview:
We are looking for a talented, results-orientated Digital Marketing Manager to help drive our Digital Strategy. We're already scaling fast and this is an exciting role for anyone who wants to be part of a successful health-tech start-up and support growth in the digital marketing function. This individual will play a key role in the growth of the business.
What You’ll be Doing:
• Owning the marketing campaign calendar and ensuring cohesive execution and comms across all channels
• Managing email campaigns to our base and defining segmentation/a cohesive CRM comms strategy
• Managing our paid media budget and performance against targets, either in-house or via an agency
• Supporting the Head of Marketing to develop and drive growth strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion of new campaigns and into new channels
• Using your creativity to develop and execute new marketing tactics, including testing new channels and opportunities for growth.
• Onsite merchandising of products and campaigns (includes working with designers and writing compelling, commercial copy for growth orientated campaigns)
• Collaborating with the wider team to develop best possible user journeys for these campaigns, including stunning targeted creative, perfect propositions and highly compelling landing pages.
• Integrating your campaigns with CRM journeys to drive customer retention using Intercom
• Creatively integrating brand building and content into acquisition strategy
• Constantly obsessing over and optimising the performance of campaigns, and sharing your learnings throughout the business.
