The Role

We're seeking a high-energy, fast-paced business development manager with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts. Your job as a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. We are looking for a CAREER oriented individual.

Business Development Manager Job Responsibilities:

Find and follow new sales leads
Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Contact potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors, and other personnel
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Negotiating sales contracts
Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
Achieve short and long term sales targets.
Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, coaching, and mentorship
You are punctual and always answer emails and calls.

Requirement and Qualification:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation skills Goal-oriented, organized team player
Proven track record in sales/business development
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
TWO to five years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service or related field
Market knowledge
