Solar Service Engineer

1. Handle the technical issue from the customer.
2. Support to Partners or Customer in solar system installations
3. Resolve Customer Complaints regarding defective solar panels
4. Train the installers or maintainers about installation, operation, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of solar panels, monitoring devices or system.
5. Reply the inquiry about the solar panels and relevant product from customer in time.
6. Remote technical support, kindly communicates with customer via Phone or Email, collect fault information and release the solution to customer.

What we need?

1. Preferred B-Tech Candidate with 2-3 years’ experience
2. Technically Sound about solar components and sites installations
3. Great communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi
4. An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 2 years
5. Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to close the deals

Salary : Rs. 15,300 per month/ (1.83 Lacs CTC)
Work Timing : 9am to 6:30pm (Monday to Saturday)
