Curriculum Manager

• Responsibility
• Creating subject-specific, error-free content for use in schools with limited resources.
• Coaching and managing a team of Subject Matter Experts & AI Developers, along with supporting them in their professional development.
• Reviewing and providing feedback on content created by SMEs and Curriculum Development Managers, to ensure that it is high quality and error-free.
• Managing the project closely and ensuring their whole team delivers the product on time with quality.
• Take care of end-to-end timely and quality delivery of the complete product.
Required Candidate profile
 Prior experience in Edtech Company as Curriculum Manager would be preferred.
 Experience in coaching and managing a team.
 Experience in managing projects (goal-setting, monitoring, providing feedback, goal achievement).
 Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills
 Networking knowledge
 Proactive, yet positive attitude
