💭 Who we are: A rapidly growing Ed-tech company that focuses on making children between ages of 3-10 get better at English Reading and Communication - the most critical skills for the future, and those that can help them access equal opportunities.

Some Cred: Funded Ed-tech start-up, built @ Gurgaon now gone remote, 60k+ Paid Users, #1 in ‘New Apps we Love 2019’ on Apple Store, Stanford University Case study (MBA ‘22 batch), 4.7+ rating on Apple Store, 200k active user-children across 2000 top schools. We work directly with top publishers (HarperCollins, Penguin etc) and celebrity authors (Sudha Murthy etc), Winner of GMC Calibrator 2018.

🚀 We are massively expanding: Since March ‘20, our suite of online learning products have grown 1200% in adoption, 400% in revenue, along with a 2x team count. We see explosive growth in the next few quarters, and are looking for more hands on board to deliver this growth.

📱Our innovative, digital-first English products are loved by thousands of children: Our suite of English products are built to enable Indian children/users to become the top 1 % of English readers/speakers. fREADom App (2000+ books/activities at the price of 1 book; adaptive/levelization tech built in), fREADom Live Classes (Interactive Group Classes with top teachers), WOW English Program (Innovative English teaching @ schools) and FAST English Assessment (India’s first standardized reading-skill assessment for children).

💡 Who are the founders? Co-founders are a mix of academicians, marketers and finance professionals from Harvard University, Stanford University, London School of Economics, IIMs, SRCC & MICA; first hand experience of building/working at fast growing businesses.

👷How do I fit in? You will be working with parents to enable them to buy our English products. This is an Inside Sales role (sales through tele-calls), that involves speaking to parents of children between ages 5-10. The product that is to be sold is fREADom Live Online Classes (Interactive Group Classes to help Conversational English and Critical thinking). Concept selling, Probing and understanding the need of the user, persistence are critical skill sets. Excellent English skills are a must.

💼 Other things I should know about the role: Difficult problems require hard work to solve. We’re solving a hard problem (early children education), and S2Mites (as Stones2Milestones team members are referred to as) spend long hours doing this - building better products, solving customer issues faster, on boarding more schools, building scalable systems and selling more subscriptions. Remuneration is upto ~35k a month (based on experience). *Contractual for 3 months *(we can consider full-time a possibility post 3 months based on performance). Immediate joining.

🏠 Location of work & other specifics: Anywhere you want, completely remote (irrespective of lockdown restrictions). Fast wi-fi, noise-free environment, good mobile signal, and laptop are a must.
