WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀
As a Key Account Manager, you will be in charge of building long-term partnerships with our key accounts by playing a pivotal role in their success
By virtue of your domain expertise your will become a central player in Bigblue’s operations and an insightful source for Bigblue’s strategy.
- Build a genuine, long-term partnership
- You launch the Bigblue service to our new customers and build a strong relationship of trust from Day-1.
- You take the lead role for all the customer's departments and accompany them in their multiple uses of the Bigblue service.
- You provide them with data-driven insights to optimize their success.
- Champion customer excellence
- You take the right decisions to provide our customers with the best possible experience and develop loyalty.
- You leverage their feedback to identify pain-points and are proactive in suggesting any initiative likely to make Bigblue better, every day.
- Your create and implement new processes to roll-out faster and in an efficient way.
- Grow hand-in-hand
- You work with our clients on their growth and advise them on their strategic orientations.
- You identify upsell opportunities and work closely with the Growth team.
- You spot and leverage evangelists and advocates among our customer base.
- Be a central player
- You coach Juniors in the team and help develop their skills
- You share your business know-how and ideas to improve the team's performance
WHAT YOU'LL NEED 🙌
- 2-4 years of customer relationship experience
- 2-4 years of experience in the e-commerce field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex issues in simple terms and excel at it in person, over the phone, via email, and across teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills: you are able to persuasively communicate recommendations and effectively champion customer needs.
- Language: you're fluent in spoken and written 🇬🇧 & 🇫🇷
- Quick learner: you are able to assimilate huge amounts of information quickly and are passionate about enriching your skills.
- Organizational skills: you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a hustling multi-tasker and able to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Stress-resistant, you know how to sort through the failures and know how to analyze situations with hindsight and objectivity.
- Great problem-solving skills, taking a consultative approach to finding the best solution
- You are ambitious and ready to move mountains to bring the best experience to our clients
- You are a true team-player and contribute positive energy to a team
