Golang Developer

We are looking for a great Go developer who possesses a strong understanding of how best to leverage and exploit the language’s unique paradigms, idioms, and syntax. Your primary focus will be on developing Go packages and programs that are scalable and maintainable. You will ensure that these Go packages and programs are well documented and has reasonable test coverage. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities:
a) Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient and easily maintainable code
b) Translating software requirements into stable, working, high performance software
c) Playing a key role in architectural and design decisions, building toward an efficient micro services distributed architecture
d) Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization
e) Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Desired Skills & Experience:
a) Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
b) Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, idioms, usage of third party libraries, python
c) Knowledge of how to write unit tests in Golang
d) Knowledge of common Goroutine, channel patterns, General Design patterns.
e) Experience with the full site of Go frameworks & tools
f) Working knowledge on JSON and any of the Application Server.
g) Experience in building the cloud-native applications using Golang
h) Good command over Design Patterns, OOPS concepts, Data Structure, and Algorithms
i) Experience with design & implementation of REST-style APIs
j) Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
k) Database technologies like MySQL, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, BoltDB and MongoDB
l) Knowledge in any of Serverless Frameworks, AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Cloud Functions
m) Keen interest in keeping up to date with the latest technologies
