Entrepreneur In Residence

Looking for an Entrepreneur to join the EIVA team in residence. There is an opportunity to built up to a much larger executive position in time.

This is a great opportunity to become EIVA's Entrepreneur-In-Residence. Open to entrepreneurs that have already started on their own startup that has synergies with what we're doing and possibly partnering. Examples could be in AI or other technology solutions or services for enterprise customers. Become a part of the EIVA team and help us take EIVA through all the steps of an early startup. Whether you are looking for experience going through the startup process as an entrepreneur or keeping your skills fresh while looking for an idea, this is the place for you. Work on a team with serial founders and develop a real business. If you are passionate about changing the future of work and want to learn about AI then you will thrive with the EIVA team.

Duties involve:

• Managing fundraising intiatives
• Co-develop the pitch deck stack and present at pitch competitions for prize money
• Customer interviews to ensure continual product-market fit as we iterate
• Dive into the latest market research to help refine the pitch and solution
• Competitor research to deepen our differentiators and validate our strategy
• Facilitate brainstorming exercises
• Team development and management
• Opportunity to consult for enterprise companies

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership experience a must
• Entrepreneurial mindset; founder experience a plus
• Ability to understand at high-level AI and chatbot technology
• Understand enterprise customers or B2B experience big plus
• A plus if you have former work experience working for an enterprise software, AI, machine learning, knowledge management solution, or learning management solution company -Extra plus if you have worked for the following companies: IPSoft, Microsoft, IBM, Amazon, Apple, Bloomfire, Imbenta, Atlassian, Slack, Oracle, Intel, Google, Amazon, Nuance Communications, Guru, ProProfs, Zoho, Bitrix, Zendesk, SAP etc. -Experience and track record in fundraising
