Role : Application Support
We are looking for Support Engineers who are interested in application support and excellent communicators in south Indian languages.
Experience : 0 -2
Roles and responsibilities :
- Assists users by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for application level issues.
- Owns user issues from beginning to resolution.
- Responds to users queries related to the software via e-mail/chat and phone.
- Advises/educates customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical queries.
- Focuses on delivering a positive user experience according to company standards
- Provide support and identify all issues and prepare appropriate documentation for all issues and solutions.
Who will fit :
- Must have excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam and Tamil.
- Good to have analytical and problem solving skills
- Previous experience in application support or software testing is an added advantage.
