Role Description -
Fixcraft aims to become a trusted brand for its B2C, B2B and B2B2C customers delivering to the expected quality and experience standards and build long term business relationships. We are building a strong team of motivated professionals who can align with company’s vision. In this regard, we are looking for an Operations Executive to join our Workshop Operations team. The role involves managing end-to-end operations of the BodyShop ensuring the Quality Standards Fixcraft is known for. The candidate should be able to translate his/her sound judgment and planning skills to deliver to the customers’ expectations of service quality and turnaround time. This is one of the most critical roles in the Operations team and the candidate stands a chance to lead city operations in the future.

Key Accountabilities –
- Understand complete operations of a BodyShop and create processes to streamline work at the workshop
- Manage a team of BodyShop experts to ensure all required processes are adhered to
- Steer cost-optimization efforts at workshop level to improve profitability
- Lead customer interactions from workshop side for timely updates and positive customer experience
- Liaise with sales team to ensure achievement of Customer Experience SLAs
- Work with central leadership team to set standardized processes for future workshops
