The Role

We're looking for a CRM Specialist to join us in our San Francisco office and help drive revenue through direct to consumer communications. We're looking for someone who has a strong base in HTML/CSS and is looking to deepen both their technical and broader CRM skills. We want someone who can take initiative and is dedicated to learning new skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build emails with HTML/CSS and WYSIWYG
Test and schedule emails
Accurate proofreading of all messaging
Collaborate with the eCommerce team to drive revenue
Support the CRM team on the ideation and implementation of emails, including onboarding emails, trigger-based emails, and revenue-driving emails
Troubleshoot technical issues across HTML, segementation and other aspects of execution.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

1 year of experience in email marketing
Solid handle on HTML/CSS and aptitude to learn more technical languages
Previous use of CRM or email tools is a plus
Strong independent research skills
Analytical mindset
Serious attention to detail
Strong communication + language skills
