Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Working on the end-to-end ownership of the assigned mentor of Expertrons
2. Identifying, calling and onboarding mentors
3. Understanding the profile in-depth and scaling the mentor profile
4. Executing specific projects
5. Actively seeking out new mentor growth opportunities through calling, chat, etc
6. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate aspirant needs
7. Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position
8. Overcome objections of prospective customers
