Chief Fundraising Officer

The CFO's Mission is to be the rocket fuel that can launch EIVA off the ground and into orbit. Looking for someone who can deliver in 90 days or less. This a great opportunity to get into the momentum that is the AI space and learn how it works. Enormous upside potential in equity available.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of landing funding, raising the startup's seed round
• Create a fundraising plan and timeline
• Networking and nurturing investor contacts
• Discover non-traditional opportunities for funding such as crowd-funding sites, competitions, etc
• Help to run fundraising campaigns
• Submit applications
• Provide input on EIVA's quarterly report

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a strong track record raising funding for startups, LA-based preferred
• Connections with enterprise technology/Saas, seed stage investors and angels
• Ability to commit to weekly meetings and contribute 5-10 hours a week
