The Role

You will be reporting to Business Head directly. You will be handling a team of 3 associates to start with.
You will be responsible to identify clients and markets to flourish Birdhouse's presence.
You will be organizing client & property visits. You will be expected to fill up more rooms/properties than your fellow associates.
You will be expected to work on better conversion rate as a manager.
You will have to create daily/weekly/monthly reports and work collectively with Business Head to implement new ideas and strategies to ensure better occupancy.

Some of the other key job objectives are mentioned below:

- You should have basic knowledge of student housing, co-living, real estate, hospitality etc.
- Dealing and managing daily sales and business development.
- Better conversion & occupancy rate.
- Fostering a collaborative environment within the organisation.
- Writing reports.
- Good communication & time management skills.
- Open minded & extrovert.
