As a Tester, you will be a part of the QA team providing testing expertise to the product teams to ensure enterprise-grade quality of our software and chatbots. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on the recruiter and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases for new software features
- Engage in multiple types of testing to ensure the chatbot is performing as designed
- Manage chatbot UAT testing with clients
- Report defects, using Jira, and monitor bug resolution and track successes.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
- Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on software usability and functionality.
- Contribute in developing standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of software testing experience
- Exposure to the entire software testing life cycle
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company goals
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities
