ABOUT THE ROLE
Toppr is looking for a Senior Designer in its Marketing team. In this role, you’ll lead visual communication through your creative, evocative and impactful designs, as suited for digital, print, and outdoor media. You’ll also be a hands-on mentor to junior designers in the team; you’ll guide them by planning, allocating and reviewing their work. You’ll play a key role in communicating with Toppr’s audiences with your creative thinking and visual storytelling.

HOW YOU’LL RAMP
In First week…
Understand Toppr’s journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.
Spend time with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to get up-to-speed on Toppr’s marketing, product, and sales strategies. Familiarise yourself with Toppr’s branding values and design templates.
By Day 30...
Collaborate and brainstorm with social media strategists and partnership executives to create engaging social media posts and offline marketing collaterals.
Coordinate with content, performance and brand marketing functions to design holistic communication pieces.
Collaborate with BTL marketing teams to create engaging collaterals such as posters, brochures, etc.
By Day 90…
Provide meaningful contribution to various marketing activities including brainstorming sessions for multiple campaigns.
Update brand guidelines and to initiate design projects that multiplies Toppr’s impact on customers and employees.
Visualize customer lifecycle and design engaging experiences that can influence Toppr’s customers.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, fine arts, media or equivalent.
2+ years of visual and product communication experience supported by a strong portfolio.
Experience in print marketing collaterals such as standees, handouts, billboards, posters, etc is a big plus.
Up-to-date with industry-leading software and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, CorelDraw, Sketch etc).
WHO YOU ARE
Communication: Excellent communicator and relationship builder. You have worked collaboratively with marketing and product teams.
Good eye for aesthetics: Layout, grid systems, colour theory and typography, information design, visual hierarchy.
Team player: Knack for influencing without being authoritative. Pitch in wherever the team needs help.
