Clement NivolleThe Role
We are looking for talented people for day-to-day sales and business development at Clever Cloud. You'll manage relationships with our business customers, partnering with the core team to provide user feedback and identify and drive migration and expansion opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing:
- You will work with prospect leads (new and existing)
- Drive and own the customer experience during the on-boarding & up-sell phase
- Engage in consistent proactive customer calls and meetings to positively impact loyalty, revenue growth and successful use of platform and products
- Advocate for customers by capturing and sharing feature requests and other feedback
- Nurture existing customers by providing news, service updates and growth opportunities
- Customize and present Customer Presentations for every Customer/Industry/Role

- Strong communication skills
- Self management and tolerance in high context switching environment
- Passion of technology and customer advocacy
- Strong identity for our brand and team culture
- Knowledge in doc and CRM solutions (Gsuite, Pipedrive, Office)
