Accounts Receivable

You will be responsible for overseeing the Company's invoicing and collections functions, and coordination of executing invoicing within Operations departments.

Duties may include the following:
Regular invoicing progress reporting to Operations managers;
Review invoices and credit memos ensuring timely and accurate invoicing;
Coordinate collection activities with Regional Administrators, ensuring timely collection;
Prepare commission and sales reports for key business partners;
Support Sales and Operations staff in communicating with key partner accounts;
Assist in designing, planning, and coordinating the implementation of new invoicing policies & procedures;
Provide ongoing training and feedback to Regional Administrators regarding invoicing;
Ensure adherence to the Company's invoicing policies and procedures;
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Prior experience working in Accounts Receivable in a supervisor capacity a plus
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
Excellent ability to work within a cross-functional team;
Prior experience interacting with customers and resolving customer grievances;
Experience supporting employees in reconciling complex customer accounts;
Accounts receivable training experience;
Familiarity with advanced Excel formulas;
Able to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic and fast paced environment;
Motivated self starter;
Proficient with modern accounting software systems;
MicroSoft NAV experience an asset;
CRM system experience an asset;
Prior agricultural experience an asset.
