No two days are the same. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities across GBS functions and business teams, supporting project governance and communications, tracking progress and risks, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and helping teams maintain momentum toward successful delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Support project deployments and business improvement initiatives impacting more than 50 North American businesses across functions such as Accounting & Reporting, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Tax, Travel & Expense, and other GBS-supported areas.
  • Identify process bottlenecks, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities, helping evaluate and implement solutions that leverage digital technologies, automation, process mining, artificial intelligence, and data-driven insights.
  • Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives, including supporting the implementation, expansion, and value realization of platforms such as Celonis across Saint-Gobain North America.
  • Assist with change management activities, project readiness assessments, adoption planning, risk tracking, and benefit realization efforts to help ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare project updates, governance materials, and performance reporting for stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, user experience, compliance, and business performance.

Why Join Us

  • Gain exposure to executive leadership and strategic initiatives across North America.
  • Work on high-visibility projects that create measurable impact across multiple business functions.
  • Develop experience in project management, business transformation, process improvement, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and change management.
