Job Description
Must-Have Technical Skills
WebSphere Commerce Suite (WCS): Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite 8.x or similar enterprise e-commerce platforms.
Core Java: Strong understanding of Core Java and Java-based application troubleshooting.
L2 Application Support: Production support, incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and SLA-based issue resolution.
E-commerce Application Support: Order processing, payment gateway integration, shopping cart, checkout, session management, product catalog, and inventory synchronization.
Database & SQL: Working knowledge of DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, SQL queries, database connectivity, and performance monitoring.
Application Monitoring: Experience with AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Nagios, or similar APM monitoring tools.
Linux/Unix: Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands, application log analysis, service restarts, and operational troubleshooting.
Performance & Cache Management: Cache invalidation, application performance optimization, response-time monitoring, and throughput analysis.
Batch Jobs & Data Integration: Scheduled job monitoring, WCS scheduler, batch processing, feed file processing, and ERP/OMS integration.
ITIL & Production Operations: Incident, Problem, and Change Management, escalation procedures, vendor coordination, and 24x7 shift-based support.
