About the Role

We're looking for a versatile, hands-on co-founder to join our team and help drive the growth at Heather AI. This is a multidisciplinary role for someone who can move comfortably between technology, product development, business development, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering teams, oversee technical decisions, and ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Contribute to product architecture, development, and technical problem-solving.
• Drive product awareness by creating and publishing content across social media platforms.
• Engage potential clients, understand their needs, deliver product presentations, and explore business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to overall business strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Strong technical background and practical software engineering experience.
• Ability to lead, manage, and coordinate engineering teams.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with social media, content creation, and representing a brand publicly.
• Strong business acumen and an interest in sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
• Self-driven, adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

What We're Looking For

Someone who doesn't want to be confined to a single role. You should be comfortable switching between leading developers, discussing technical architecture, creating product content, meeting potential clients, and helping shape the direction of the company.

This is a founding-team position for someone interested in building something from the ground up, taking ownership, and growing with Heather AI.
