Nzubia is an early-stage startup building the next generation of digital platforms. We are looking for a driven, technical Co-Founder & Lead Full-Stack Engineer to take full ownership of our core product architecture, drive technology strategy, and build out our MVP to market scale.

As a technical co-founder, you will partner directly with the founding team to turn vision into scalable code, shape company strategy, and share in the long-term enterprise upside.

What You’ll Do
Product Architecture & Delivery: Architect, develop, and ship core end-to-end web and mobile applications from day one (frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure).

Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Partner with leadership to define product features, establish technical milestones, and manage the execution schedule.

Engineering Standard & Scale: Establish code standards, setup CI/CD pipelines, optimize site performance, and ensure system security and data integrity.

Team Growth: Build and lead our future engineering team as the company scales.

Who You Are
Full-Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience building web/mobile applications end-to-end using modern frameworks (e.g., React/Next.js, Node.js, Python/Django, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, AWS/Vercel).

Startup Mindset: Pragmatic approach to technical trade-offs—you prefer shipping clean, working products over endless architectural debates.

Product-Minded Engineer: You care deeply about user experience, product-market fit, and clean UI execution.

Owner Mentality: You thrive on high autonomy, high responsibility, and building something substantial from the ground up.
