Closer (B2B)

About the role
You run discovery calls with qualified B2B prospects, show them our AI agents live, and close setup and retainer deals. Our setters fill your calendar, you will turn meetings into clients. Realfy builds custom AI SDRs. Alongside the platform, we now run done-for-you services: we build and operate the systems that answer, qualify and follow up with our clients' leads, so more of them turn into booked meetings and revenue.

What you'll do
• Run audit calls with prospects booked by our setters and from inbound
• Demo live: prospects talk to our AI agents during the call and experience it themselves
• Match the problem to the right package
• Present and negotiate proposals built on a one-time setup fee plus a monthly retainer
• Handle objections on price, on AI, and on "we already have a tool for that"
• Close within our typical 7-14 day cycle, make sure payment is collected, and hand the client to onboarding with complete notes
• Keep the pipeline current and give setters feedback on lead quality

Who you are
We hire on proof, not on CVs. A job title alone won't get you through. Revenue you can show will.
Must have
• At least 2 years of closing B2B deals yourself, ideally four- and five-figure services, retainers or software
• A track record you can back up: closed revenue, close rate, recorded sales calls, or a former manager or client who will confirm your numbers
• A consultative style: you diagnose before you pitch, and you walk away from prospects who don't need us
• The ability to explain AI in plain business terms (no technical background needed)
• Fluent, natural spoken and written English
• Self-management: you run your own pipeline without being chased

Nice to have
• German, Spanish or Hungarian language
• Closing for an agency, SaaS, AI or marketing automation company
• Experience running pilots or proof-of-concept deals that convert into contracts

Compensation and terms
You earn 6-12% of the cash collected on every deal you close, with no cap.
• Commission only: no base salary. Your rate within the 6-12% range depends on experience and performance.
• Deal sizes: engagements combine a one-time setup fee with a monthly retainer.
• Paid on collected cash: commission is earned when the client pays.
• Remote, flexible hours: work from anywhere. Calls are scheduled in business hours for prospects in the US and Europe.
• Engagement: independent contractor agreement.
