Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of our core web applications. In this role, you will own features end-to-end, writing clean TypeScript code across a modern stack powered by React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS. You will collaborate closely with product teams, design robust system architectures, and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
• Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable, fault-tolerant full-stack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Frontend Excellence: Create responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js (and Next.js) with clean, modular component structures.
• Backend & APIs: Build and optimize secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and microservices using Node.js and Express/NestJS.
• Database Management: Design complex database schemas, optimize queries, and manage data pipelines using PostgreSQL.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Drive high code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated testing (TDD, Unit, Integration), and continuous mentorship of junior developers.
• DevOps Culture: Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, automated deployments.

🛠 Technical Stack & Requirements

Core Requirements
• Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record in a production full-stack capacity.
• Frontend: Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, HTML5/CSS3, and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Backend: Extensive production experience building server-side applications with Node.js and frameworks like Express or NestJS.
• Databases: Deep proficiency in relational databases, specifically writing and optimizing complex PostgreSQL queries.
• Cloud (AWS): Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda (serverless architecture), RDS, EC2, and S3.
• Testing: Strong commitment to test-driven development (TDD) using Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Next.js production deployments.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with ORMs like Prisma, TypeORM, or Sequelize.
• Background in setting up GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline for CI/CD.
• Responsible adoption of modern AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to optimize development velocity.
