Job Description

Visnaix is looking for a responsible, organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in daily business and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CTO's daily schedule, appointments and meetings.
• Handle emails, correspondence and professional communication.
• Prepare reports, documents and presentations.
• Coordinate business meetings, travel bookings and reservations.
• Maintain records and manage administrative tasks.
• Assist the CTO with business coordination and follow-ups.
• Accompany the CTO on domestic and international business trips when required.

Travel Requirements

• Travel to Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Bangalore and other Indian cities.
• International business travel to Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
• Travel and accommodation expenses will be fully covered by the company.
• Candidates must be comfortable travelling with the CTO for business engagements.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹50,000
