The role involves working with business stakeholders, commercial operations, and technical teams to implement CRM functionality, integrations, customizations, and enhancements supporting life-sciences organizations.The WorkDevelop and configure Veeva CRM applications and functionality.Build and maintain Veeva CRM customizations using Veeva configuration tools, JavaScript, Apex, Visualforce, and/or Salesforce technologies, depending on the implementation.Develop integrations between Veeva CRM and external systems.Configure objects, fields, workflows, page layouts, security, and business rules.Work with Veeva CRM data models and APIs.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.Participate in deployments, testing, release management, and environment migrations.Develop technical documentation and support validation/compliance activities.Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, administrators, and commercial/life-sciences stakeholders.Follow SDLC, change-control, and GxP/compliance processes where applicable.This is a hybrid role and will require three days per week in the office. Hiring locations: Chesterbrook, PA or Orlando, FL.Here Is What You NeedA minimum of two years of experience developing and configuring Veeva CRMA minimum of two years of experience with SOQL/SOSL and Apex Salesforce-based developmentVeeva CRM certificationBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bonus Points If You HaveStrong understanding of Salesforce/Veeva CRM architecture.Experience with CRM configuration, customization, and integrations.Knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, and integration patterns.Understanding of data migration and data quality processes.Experience with source control and deployment tools such as Git.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Salesforce certification.Experience in the pharmaceuticalCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
