About the Opportunity
Williston Financial Group (WFG) is expanding its AI, Technology & Solutions (ATS) team, developing platforms that simplify operations, improve productivity, and bring automation to the title and real estate industry.
Our growing product portfolio includes WFG Remit, FieldMT, WFG Prompts, and other AI-powered business applications.
We're looking for an experienced AI Cloud & Integrations Engineer to help move these products from development into secure, scalable production environments. This role focuses on cloud infrastructure, SaaS integrations, enterprise systems, database management, and AI-assisted development.
You'll work alongside ATS product leadership, developers, and enterprise IT to deploy, connect, and maintain technology that supports real business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment
- Deploy, configure, and maintain applications across Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines, containerized services, and infrastructure automation.
- Improve application reliability, performance, monitoring, logging, and production readiness.
- Support Docker and Kubernetes environments, including AKS or EKS where applicable.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to incident response and system improvements.
- SaaS & Enterprise Integrations
- Develop and maintain integrations between ATS products and third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0.
- Connect business applications, CRM platforms, and enterprise systems to reduce manual workflows and improve data consistency.
- Support integrations involving HubSpot, SugarCRM, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications.
- Work with integration platforms such as MuleSoft where applicable.
- Handle data mapping, synchronization, API limitations, error handling, and integration documentation.
Database Management & Security
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Support database design, query optimization, indexing, backups, recovery, and data integrity.
- Implement secure access controls, encryption, secrets management, and audit logging.
- Help protect sensitive business, customer, financial, and personally identifiable information.
- Collaborate with enterprise IT on identity management, SSO, and Microsoft Entra ID integrations.
- AI-Assisted Development
- Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to accelerate development and automation.
- Review, test, and validate AI-generated code before deployment.
- Build and maintain reliable production features, scripts, APIs, and automation workflows.
- Work with the ATS team to improve development practices, code quality, and system documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering, software development, DevOps, or systems integration.
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications on Azure and/or AWS.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and third-party SaaS integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and modern deployment workflows.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or similar backend technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, enterprise applications, and data synchronization.
- Understanding of cloud security, identity and access management, and data protection practices.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools, with the ability to review and validate generated code.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in St. Augustine, Florida, including relocation if necessary.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with title production or real estate technology systems such as SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare, Qualia, or AMS.
- MuleSoft, HubSpot, SugarCRM, or enterprise application integration experience.
- Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Azure or AWS certifications.
- Experience with production monitoring, disaster recovery, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2.
- Experience supporting SaaS products from initial development through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
The Ideal Candidate
- We're looking for a hands-on engineer who can move comfortably between cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and production code.
- You should be capable of taking ownership of technical assignments, solving integration challenges, and working collaboratively with product and engineering teams.
- This is not a traditional IT support or help desk position. It is a specialized engineering role focused on connecting systems, improving automation, and helping ATS deliver secure, production-ready technology.
- If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, building reliable integrations, and working with emerging AI technologies, we'd love to hear from you.
